The kids yoga class for this workshop will include peaceful play, mindful movement, and gentle stretching. The class will combine asana, yoga games, breath work, and meditation for inspiration and grounding. Class will be playful and touches on balance, strength, and self-awareness. No experience needed. Ages 5-10 are welcome at this workshop.

The adult portion of the day will consist of one of Sarah’s slow flow classes. Modern life is a hurried affair. Let your practice become a sanctuary of slow, conscious movement that is soothing and, yet, very physical. Our muscles are challenged in a very different way when required to support action without any assistance from momentum. Treat yourself to a luxurious and potent afternoon.

All levels are welcome.

Kelsey Lauer has been teaching and providing care to children of all ages for the past twelve years through her work as a gymnastics instructor, camp counselor, pediatric oncology nurse, and now as a Yoga Calm Certified Youth Instructor. Kelsey has a love for interacting with kids and believes the reason kids are so amazing is their resiliency, creativeness, and kindness towards others. Kelsey has been practicing yoga for ten years and combines her knowledge of yoga with childhood development to create a class perfect for children of all ages.
