Making a bolster from three yoga blankets, or other blankets is easy. If you are using Mexican blankets, fold them in quarters so they resemble the three rectangles below. Fold each of these in thirds the long way. Then stack together. Be sure to smooth out any lumps and keep the blankets as uniform on top of each other as you can. The more precise you are with this, the easier time your body will have feeling symmetry in the restorative poses.
