Episode 63:

Today’s class is a Yoga Nidra class that includes some very subtle body attention. This is a great class if your eyes are starting to feel fatigue, if you are feeling burn out or anxiety, if the body needs a reset or a rest, if you are having trouble sleeping or just generally need a restorative practice.

For more practices that support nervous system health, I will be teaching a new series called, Unraveling Body Anxiety that starts at the end of November. These classes will be taught live via Zoom with the option to take the classes at your own pace via the recordings. 

Sarah Baumert has been teaching movement since 2006. She is a certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist and Feldenkrais practitioner.
